This Privacy Policy explains how CNA Prep handles information when you use the app.
Information the app does not collect
CNA Prep does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or a developer-operated server. The developer does not receive your answers, scores, bookmarks, study history, exam date, or device identifiers from the app.
Information stored on your device
Your study preferences, answers, bookmarks, sessions, progress, and cached subscription status are stored locally on your device. Removing the app may remove this local information. The current version does not provide cloud sync or account recovery.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase, billing, eligibility, trial, renewal, and transaction information under Apple’s own privacy policy. CNA Prep receives StoreKit entitlement information needed to unlock paid features, but does not receive your full payment-card details.
Support email
If you contact support, the developer receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. It is used only to respond, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary support records. Do not send medical records, patient information, passwords, or payment-card details.
Children
CNA Prep is intended for people preparing for nurse aide examinations and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security and retention
Local study data is protected by the security controls of your device. Support messages are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, keep support records, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
Changes
This policy may be updated when app features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
