Subscriptions and free trial
CNA Prep may offer auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial when that offer is displayed on the App Store purchase sheet. Eligibility is determined by Apple and an introductory offer may generally be used only once per subscription group.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed or when a free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- The renewal price and period are shown before purchase.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal exam preparation. You may not copy, extract, resell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the question bank to create a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Content changes and availability
Exam outlines, state rules, product features, and question content may change. The developer may correct, replace, add, or remove content and may suspend features when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product integrity.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not warrant that every question is error-free or applicable in every state. The developer is not liable for exam results, care decisions, lost progress, indirect damages, or reliance on the app where such limitations are permitted by law.
