GetPaid Faster ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When you use GetPaid Faster, you may provide the following information:

• Invoice Data: Client names, amounts, due dates, invoice numbers, and notes
• Notification Preferences: Your reminder settings and notification preferences
• Template Content: Custom reminder message templates (Pro users only)

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

• App Information: App version, build number, platform, and Apple app identifier
• Usage Data: Anonymous app opens, feature-limit encounters, invoice-created or invoice-edited state, paywall views, product-loading outcomes, and entitlement state
• Purchase Information: Selected subscription product identifier and purchase or restore outcome; payment details remain with Apple

Analytics events do not include client names, invoice numbers, invoice descriptions, invoice amounts, dates, currencies, reminder text, exported files, or other user-entered content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide core app functionality (invoice management and reminders)
• Send local notifications about invoice due dates
• Manage your subscription status
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage

• Invoice data is stored in your device's local database using iOS secure storage
• We do not sync your data to any cloud servers
• We do not have access to your invoice information
• Your data remains completely private and under your control

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Apple App Store

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs their collection and use of payment information. We do not have access to your payment details.

4.2 Analytics and Tracking

GetPaid Faster uses PostHog for anonymous product analytics and the strict, no-IDFA edition of AppsFlyer for install and subscription-funnel measurement. Session replay and automatic screen or element capture are disabled. The app does not use advertising SDKs, collect IDFA, or use analytics data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

5. Local Notifications

GetPaid Faster uses local notifications to remind you about invoice due dates:

• All notifications are generated locally on your device
• No data is sent to external servers for notification delivery
• You can control notification settings in the app and your device settings
• Notifications can be disabled at any time

6. Data Sharing

Limited anonymous analytics data is processed by PostHog and AppsFlyer on our behalf. We may otherwise disclose information only if required by law or to:

• Comply with legal process or court orders
• Protect our rights, property, and safety
• Prevent fraud or security issues
• Protect the rights and safety of our users

7. Data Export and Deletion

7.1 Export Your Data

Pro users can export invoice data to CSV or PDF formats. Exported files are saved locally on your device and can be shared using iOS's native sharing features.

7.2 Delete Your Data

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual invoices within the app at any time
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data permanently
• No data remains on our servers (we don't have any servers storing your data)

8. Children's Privacy

GetPaid Faster is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

9. International Users

Invoice and client content remains stored locally on your device. Limited anonymous analytics data may be processed by our service providers in other countries under their privacy and security terms.

10. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:

• Data is stored using iOS secure storage mechanisms
• Invoice, client, reminder, template, and exported-file content is not transmitted to our analytics providers
• Your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) protect your data
• App data is isolated from other apps using iOS sandboxing

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending an in-app notification for material changes

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

12. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data (stored locally on your device)
• Export: Export your data to CSV or PDF (Pro feature)
• Delete: Delete individual invoices or all data by uninstalling the app
• Control: Manage notification settings and preferences
• Opt-out: Disable any optional features at any time
